Rocket Lolly Pop Wins the Best Pre-Workout Flavour Tournament

After a week of public voting, Rocket Pop has been crowned the most popular pre-workout flavour. The result came from the WeTrySupps Ultimate Flavour Tournament — a 32-flavour bracket competition run entirely by community vote on our Instagram.

The format was simple: 32 flavours, head-to-head matchups, one winner per round. Voters picked their favourite in each pairing until only one flavour remained. Over the course of a week, thousands of votes determined which flavour the pre-workout community actually rates most.

Rocket Pop started in the bottom half of the left bracket, seeded 14th. It beat Strawberry & Lime in the Round of 16, then knocked out Sour Gummies in the quarter-finals and Cherry Cola in the semi-finals. On the opposite side of the bracket, Tropical made its way through Cherry Lime, Gummy Worms, Blue Razz, and Passion Fruit to reach the final.

In the final, Rocket Pop beat Tropical to take the title.

For those unfamiliar, Rocket Pop is a sweet, fizzy flavour modelled on the classic ice lolly — a blend of cherry, lime, and blue raspberry notes. It’s a popular choice across multiple pre-workout brands, which likely helped consolidate votes around it. Tropical, its runner-up, covers similar fruity ground but leans more towards mango and pineapple.

Some notable results from the bracket: Cherry Cola, despite reaching the semi-finals, fell short against Rocket Pop. Mixed Berry and Lemon Fizz both exited in the quarter-final stage. On the right side, Cherryade and Passion Fruit made strong runs before Tropical ended both their tournaments.
