Wolf Supps Adds Hydrate Ultra and Updates Wolf Juice

Wolf Supps Launches Hydrate Ultra and Updates Wolf Juice Formula

Wolf Supps has announced a new Hydrate flavour, “Ultra”, alongside a meaningful formula change coming to Wolf Juice V2.

Wolf Hydrate is an electrolyte hydration product built around three core minerals: sodium (sourced from hand-harvested Celtic Sea Salt), potassium, and magnesium. The formula is designed for athletes who sweat heavily or follow a clean, low-sodium diet, two groups who often find their electrolyte levels dip during training without realising it. Each tub delivers 60 servings at £24.99, making it one of the more cost-effective options in the electrolyte space. Current flavours include Cherry Lime, Strawberry Kiwi, Pink Lemonade, and Fresh Sea Salt Apple. Ultra is the latest addition to that lineup, with pre-orders live now ahead of an incoming restock.

The bigger story may be the Wolf Juice V2 formula update. Wolf Supps is removing creatine (3g) from the blend and replacing it with L-Tyrosine (3g). On the surface it looks like a simple swap, but the reasoning is sound. Creatine works through saturation, your muscles need to be fully loaded before you see any benefit, which typically takes several weeks of consistent daily use. Taking it once pre-workout, sporadically, does very little. On top of that, a significant proportion of regular gym-goers already take creatine as a standalone supplement. Including it in a pre-workout at this dose largely duplicates what people are already taking, or goes to waste if they’re not dosing it consistently.

L-Tyrosine is a more logical fit for a pre-workout context. It’s an amino acid that the body uses to produce dopamine and noradrenaline, neurotransmitters involved in focus, motivation, and stress response. At 3g, it’s a solid dose that sits well alongside Wolf Juice’s existing 300mg caffeine blend, which combines fast-acting caffeine anhydrous with Infinergy® (di-caffeine malate) for a smoother, more sustained energy release. The updated formula is expected in around eight weeks. Wolf Juice V2 is currently priced at £29.99 but rumours are this may drop to £24.99.

The new Wolf hydrate is already available to pre-order on the Wolf Supplements website and the new reformulated Wolf Juice should be available in the near future, either way it’s great that brands are making sure to keep their flagship products updated
